Building Better Businesses Together

Since 2019, we've been helping UK business owners navigate challenges, spot opportunities, and create the kind of growth that actually lasts.

Start a Conversation

How We Got Here

Qorton started when I noticed something troubling in the business world. Too many talented entrepreneurs were getting stuck — not because they lacked good ideas, but because they were drowning in the day-to-day chaos of running a company.

I'd spent fifteen years working with businesses across Cardiff and beyond, from tech startups to family-owned manufacturers. What I kept seeing was the same pattern: brilliant people making the same avoidable mistakes, over and over.

"The best business advice isn't about revolutionary strategies. It's about seeing the obvious things that stress and busy schedules make invisible."

So we built Qorton to be different. No cookie-cutter solutions or one-size-fits-all programmes. Just honest conversations about what's actually happening in your business and practical ways to make things work better.

What Drives Us

Three principles that shape every conversation and every recommendation we make

Real Talk

We skip the jargon and tell you what we actually think. Sometimes that means uncomfortable conversations, but it always means honest ones.

Practical Focus

Every strategy needs to work in the real world of your business. We're more interested in what you can actually implement than theoretical perfection.

Sustainable Growth

Quick fixes usually create bigger problems later. We help you build systems and habits that keep working long after our conversations end.

Before starting Qorton, I spent my days helping struggling businesses figure out why their great ideas weren't translating into great results. Turns out, most problems aren't mysterious — they're just hard to see when you're in the middle of them.

I love working with business owners who are ready to have honest conversations about what's working and what isn't. My background spans operations, finance, and team management, but what I really do is help people step back and see their business clearly.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me exploring the Welsh countryside or trying to convince my cat that 6am is too early for breakfast.

How We Actually Work

1

Listen First

We start by understanding what's really happening in your business. Not what you think should be happening, but what actually is. This usually takes longer than people expect, but it's where the real insights come from.

2

Spot Patterns

Most business challenges aren't isolated problems — they're symptoms of deeper patterns. We help you see the connections between issues that might seem completely unrelated.

Build Systems

Good intentions don't create lasting change — good systems do. We work with you to create processes that make the right choices easier and more automatic.
